We Save You Money With The Design-Build Process and Self Performance
One unique aspect of our company is that, unlike most general contractors who self-perform two to three aspects of a build, we self-perform six to seven, including excavation, formwork, steel, concrete, framing, and more. This self-performance reduces our dependence on subcontractors, ensuring better schedule adherence and cost savings, as we avoid the markups associated with subcontractor overheads and profits. Ultimately, our approach to self-performing more tasks on a project saves clients both time and money.
